Products Description
Acrylic high temperature corrosion resistant yarn, the yarn raw materials include 100% homopolymer acrylonitrile yarn, 100% carbon fiber precursor yarn, and blended yarn of homopolymer acrylonitrile and carbon fiber precursor. Their main feature is that they can maintain their original structural stability in a high temperature environment of 120 degrees and can work continuously. In addition, the yarn has strong resistance to degradation in acid, alkali and hydrolysis solvents. By treating it in a 30% concentration sulfuric acid solution at a high temperature of 75 degrees for 15 hours, it can be ensured that the fiber still retains 90% of its strength.
The application of this yarn is mainly woven into filter bags or filter mesh base fabrics through looms, and used in dust filtration devices such as power plants, cement plants, steel plants, and limestone industrial waste incineration plants.
